Leicester Square, London 4–8 Nov · Domino Park, New York 18–22 Nov · Sankofa Square, Toronto 2–6 Dec. ### Does my letter need a stamp? Not in a North Pole Redirect letterbox. Letters to the campaign PO Box addresses need standard local postage. ### What if I can't get to a letterbox? Write to your country's campaign PO Box address, or straight to Santa Claus' Main Post Office, Arctic Circle, Finland. ### What if I'm not in the UK, US, or Canada? You can write to Santa from anywhere in the world. You can also take part in North Pole Redirect, even if there is no letterbox or special campaign address in your country. In this case, you should write to Santa's official address: Santa Claus' Main Post Office, Arctic Circle, Finland. ### Can I put a gift in the envelope? No — letters only. They travel internationally, and customs rules may stop anything else ### What happens to my letter? It's collected locally and transported to Santa Claus' Main Post Office in Rovaniemi, where Santa and his elves receive it alongside hundreds of thousands of others. ### Will Santa write back? Include your return address and he'll try. Santa and his elves answer as many letters as they can after the Christmas rush, but a reply can't be guaranteed. ![](https://santa.posti.fi/hs-fs/hubfs/Christmas/stars-right-center.png?width=1920&name=stars-right-center.png) ### The competition ### How do I enter? Photograph or take a video of yourself writing or posting your letter and share it on Instagram or TikTok with #northpoleredirect. ### What does the prize include? A trip for two to Rovaniemi, worth up to €4,000: - Return Finnair flights for two from the winner's nearest airport with a direct Finnair service to Helsinki, plus return flights Helsinki–Rovaniemi - Two nights for two at the Santa Claus Holiday Village (subject to availability), in a shared twin or double room A guided tour of Santa Claus' Main Post Office Not included: all other transport, meals, travel insurance, visas and travel documents, and any other personal costs. The winner covers any taxes in their country of residence. ### Who can win, and when is the trip? The winner must be 18 or over on the closing date and chooses their own companion, who needn't be 18 — but an under-18 companion must travel with the winner throughout, with a parent or guardian's consent. The trip must be booked and completed by 30 April 2027, subject to availability and agreed in advance with Posti. No cash alternative, and the prize can't be transferred.
